Adult Classes

INTRODUCTORY
One Evening per Week (6:45 pm - 8:15 pm) | Wed Only
This class is for those just beginning their journey in Jiu Jitsu and are new to martial arts and grappling. We offer technique and training to learn core fundamentals of jiu jitsu & self defense. Once students graduate from this class they can attend any of our advanced classes.
ADVANCED
GI CLASSES
Morning (6 am - 7 am) | Mon - Thur
We offer 30 minutes of Technical Instruction then 30 minutes of Sparring.*
Noon (12 pm - 1 pm) | Mon, Wed, Fri
We offer 30 minutes of Technical Instruction then 30 minutes of Sparring.*
Evening (6:45 pm - 8:15 pm) | Mon, Tues, Thur
Our comprehensive class features in-depth Technical Instruction followed up with multiple rounds of optional Sparring.*
NO-GI CLASSES
Morning (6 am - 7 am) | Fri Only
We review the week’s techniques without the Gi.
Open Mat

Saturday
12 pm - 2 pm
No instruction, just straight grappling.*
1 Hour Gi & 1 Hour No-Gi

We provide in-depth technical instruction in No-Gi Jiu Jitsu & Submission Wrestling followed by sparring.*

HOMESCHOOL PROGRAM
Morning (10 am - 11 am) | Mon, Wed, Fri
For homeschool kids during the mornings to learn self-defense and practice their technique through sparring.*
AFTER SCHOOL
Afternoon (4:30 pm - 5:15 pm) | Tues & Thur
For kids after they get out of school to learn self-defense and practice their technique through sparring.*
